You have to complete your 12th either in India or in the UK before joining a college there.12 years education is necessary.

Hi Mazhar, the entry requirements, fee etc differentiates a top university with an average one. If you are looking for minimum and easy selection process then go for tier 2 universities. You can still check this link and see if any of those budgets or requirements suits you

Hi Mehul, for MS in physics some of the best universities you can try are CalTech, MIT, Columbia University, PRINCETON University, Imperial College London, University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, CARNEGIE MELLON University, etc.
