Hi Aman,
For MBA courses at least 2 or 3 years work experience is required. You must also take the GMAT and IELTS. For MS courses there is no requirement of work experience. You will need an upper first class around 75% and above to apply to the universities you have mentioned. For more details I will advice you to check the MBA class profile on the university's websites directly.

Unless you have project management or team lead experience by just Prince2 certification you may not be in position to get a job abroad. You are advised to work in India for few years with Prince2 certification before seeking employment abroad.

Hi Rajat, funding is difficult in UK for Ph.D universities. However, this will depend on the university, your overall profile, etc. Please communicate with them and look for on-campus job options such as research assistant, teaching assistant, etc.

Some what but the main thing is your entrance exam GMAT and after passing this exam if you are qualifying the minimum eligibility condition then there will be no problem but as you have a backlog then it will effect in your CV and you have to give reasons.
