Hi Atharva,
Not really possible. Also, you have to meet the credit points of the university you plan to apply to. So check directly with the universities, if they find your profile fit for lateral entry or credit transfers they will allow you to do so.

I can provide information about the process in Canada as I am familiar with that system. As an internationally trained medical professional, you will have to undergo a credential assessment to establish that your degree is recognised after which you have to clear the test conducted by Medical Council of Canada (MCC). The MCC Evaluating Examination (MCCEE) has exam preparation resources and a self-administered examination which you can take to assess your preparation level. Assuming you have cleared the MCCEE and completed the credits required for International medical graduates. The last step is to get a license to practice in Canada.

Yea of course, if you get a good score in GMAT, you get a chance to get selected in London Business School. But, it is not so easy to get, you really need to work hard for it.
Good Luck!

Dear Shijas,
There are universities in the UK and Ireland that offer MBA programs for freshers. You may also try MBA or PGDM options in Canada. Let me know in case of additional queries.

Dear Anmol,
In my view, being from a commerce background, I would recommend you take up B.Sc in Computer Science. Most of the universities might have the requirement of Maths in class 12 but there are few universities that offer foundation subjects as part of the undergraduate program. I need further details on your academics to guide you further on available UK universities.
