This profession demands a lot of dexterity and patience. Many universities in India and abroad offer UG and PG courses:

Yes, you can, provided your subjects have credits similar to the degree offered in UK or Ireland. Choose the universities, prepare your transcript and write to them to know how you can pursue the degree. You may also take help of any career counselor.

Hi,
A Bachelor's degree in commerce or finance is required to become a broker. For maximum prospects, you can do your Masters or even an MBA. Check work permit options in UK through the UK immigration website, not easy for international students to obtain a job in UK unless you are highly talent and have sheer luck.

Check this list for university options. You have not mentioned your education details so you can check the requirements yourself and match them:

Hi Sourvhi,
It is very difficult to get a job in UK. You should follow current global affairs and find out recent work permit regulations in UK. It is tough for an international student.

Hi,
The range of b.tech in Canada is somewhere between 10 to 20 lakhs depending on the provinces and universities. For UK, the cost would be 15 lakhs and more per year. This doesn't include the cost of living.
