You can also visit the British Council page for India to read about country specific scholarships https://www.britishcouncil.in/study-uk/scholarships
You should also begin to narrow down which universities offer the course you are looking for and visit their webpage

To apply to universities in UK you must use the UCAS website. You will find all the relevant information here. Take the IELTS and try to score 6.5 or above. IELTS is a requirement and cannot be waived. No other exams are generally required. On the whole you must have good academic grades particularly in mathematics.
