You must first have work experience to be eligible for MBA in UK. Secondly you must take GMAT and IELTS or TOEFL. If you are looking for colleges accepting freshers you may refer to this article

Kingston University, University of Westminster, Coventry University, Loughborough University are amongst the most popular universities for fashion studies. There are no crash courses for portfolio as such. Universities have their own admission requirement and format and provides assistance for portfolio development. The minimum percentage differs. A good college or university usually means it's going to be competitive hence an upper first class degree is required or recommended.

You must already be holding a bachelor's degree plus have passed 2 papers of CMA to be eligible for the exemption. You may check the ACCA UK website for details and contact the mentioned university for detailed requirements. Hope this helps!

With my experience over the years I can say that salary varies from fresher to an experienced professional and differs accross industries. Irrespective of the degree your salary may vary from 18k to 25k per month if you are a fresher.

Educational loans are available for aspiring students. Admissions are done on the basis of merit so if your profile is meritorious there is a high chance that you will be granted a scholarship as well by the university. International students can work part time for 20 hours a week. Knowing your budget is low start looking for education loan options and check the university/ college websites for their individual financial aid schemes. Contact the colleges about part time work options too. It is good to start communicating at an early stage. Wish you the best.
