If we talk about the University of Salford ranking in the UK, then the university is ranked among the top 100 universities in the UK. According to the Guardian 2023, the university has been placed at the 89th position. The parameters that are considered by The Guardian for ranking purpose include entry standards, student staff ratio, teaching quality, feedback, overall satisfaction, career prospects, etc. As per the Complete University Guide 2023, the University of Salford ranking in UK is 82nd position in 2024, which improves from 85th in 2023. Northumbria University is one of the top-ranked universities in the United Kingdom and it is clearly visible from its national rankings. As per the US News & World Report 2023, the University is ranks 708 in the world and 51 in the Best Global Universities in the United Kingdom. The Guardian has kept the University of Greenwich in top 100 for Economics continuously since the past few years. This means that Greenwich has continuously maintained its performance in Economics. As for 2023, the University was ranked at 98th positon on the Guardian rankings. When we consider the Complete University Guide rankings, the University of Greenwich has been ranked at 110th position in 2024, a sharp drop of 27 positions from last year.

All international students going to the United Kingdom to pursue higher education are required to have a study visa. The cost of a student visa for the United Kingdom is GBP 363/INR 22,260 if the applicant is applying from outside the United Kingdom. Additionally, visa applicants will have to pay for a healthcare surcharge depending on the duration of their stay. As per the Guardian University Guide 2021, Teesside University ranked joint #68 out of 121 institutions. By the Complete University Guide - University Ranking (UK) 2021, it was ranked #95. Teesside University had a rank in the 801-1000 range on the Times Higher Education World University Ranking 2022, and in the 301-350 range on Times Higher Education Young University Rankings 2023.

Higher education in Belfast is an excellent investment for your future, especially when you count Queen's University's scholarships for international students. International students will save on fees and living costs – but still, achieve a globally-recognized degree from one of the oldest universities in the UK.

Queen’s University Belfast has over 3,500 international students from 96 different countries. When we look at the breakdown of Queen’s Belfast students on the basis of their domicile, we find that 1,440 students belong to England, 135 students belong to Scotland, 80 students belong to Wales, 18,700 students belong to Northern Ireland, and 25 students were classified as other-UK. When we look at non-UK students, we find that 1,135 belong to European Union and 3,855 belong to non-European Union countries, thereby taking the total non-UK student number to 4,985.
