You have not completed your formal education 10+2+3 and taken degree directly in year 2015. Now you are doing DMLT. Because DMLT can be done after the 10th, so no problem will be raised. However you need to hide your other non formal qualifications before proceeding to Canada.

In the Times Higher Education World University Rankings, Surrey University ranks between 201-250, specifically at 239 position.
