No, unfortunately NEET score is mandatory to be eligible for admission at Ulyanovsk State University. While, many Russian universities have waived off some major admission requirements such as language proficiency test scores, NEET still remains a requirement interested applicants must meet.Apart from a valid NEET score, students must also secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in each of Physics, Chemistry & Biology in Class 12th.
