Uni-GAUGE Pattern

Uni-GAUGE exam is held in computer based test mode. Uni-GAUGE is a national-level common entrance exam for the 40+ participating institutes of the ERA Foundation offering BE/BTech courses. The qualifying marks will be the minimum marks to be scored by the candidates to pass the UNI GAUGE 2024 exam. Candidates with scores ranging between 130-140 marks out of 180 will be considered qualified. These qualified candidates will also be eligible to appear for counselling and further admission process. Candidates should have secured at least 45% marks (minimum marks is 40% for candidates of SC/ST/OBC categories) in aggregate and should have passed the compulsory subjects individually as well.

Every year, the COMEDK UGET and Uni-Gauge exams are given to applicants for engineering courses. Exams for COMEDK UGET and Uni-Gauge are held on the same day and use the same set of questions. Admissions at COMEDK UGET will be handled via the unified counselling process. Uni-Guage admissions, however, will be handled by each member institute independently. The key concept to remember when discussing the distinctions between COMEDK and Uni-Gauge is participating institutes. The lists of participating institutes for each exam are different. Participating in both the COMEDK UGET and Uni-Gauge assessments enhances applicants' prospects of being accepted into their top universities. For a single exam, applicants will receive two unique scorecards.
