Ofcourse you can take admission in SPPU for MCA but you have to give MAH-MCA-CET exam and score more than 99 percentile to get admission and the percentile is to high because it is considered one of the best university for MCA in Maharashtra.

Yes, MIT World Peace University (MIT-WPU) was formerly known as the Maharashtra Institute of Technology (MIT) which was established in 1983 as the first college of the MAEER group of institutions. It was affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) until it turned into MIT World Peace University, a private university under the guidance of Revered Prof (Dr.) Vishwanath D Karad.
