Unlike the internal exams, where students have the opportunity to compensate for a missed test through better performance in other assignments and class tests, the stakes are significantly higher for the final exams. If a student fails to appear for a final exam, it results in a backlog, which can impact their academic progress and lead to additional challenges in the future.

At MIT ADTU Pune - Art Design & Technology University, if you have taken permission before practical exam you can give that perticular exam with another batch's students. But if you are absent for written internal exam 0 marks will be considered for that perticular subject.

According to the records this happens very rarely. But if anyone fails in internal exam that particular subject will be considered as backlog. Make sure you attend lectures regularly and complete all the assignments and at least attend all internal exams.
