One needs to have a solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and mathematics to become a great programmer. You should be familiar with areas in mathematics including linear Algebra set theories, discrete mathematics, number theory, and a little calculus. You don't have to be an expert in math, but you do need to know certain fundamentals and be able to solve problems. So get going, and best of luck.

Of course, you can, but it might only be possible, if there are some vacant seats in the particular department of engineering at Bhrati Vidyapeeth. Further, there are some other conditions like:
The candidate must have cleared all the exams without any backlog. NOC (No objection Certificate from both the universities is required).
