The University of Texas at San Antonio for MS in USA is good as compared to United States University for MS because at University of Texas there is two course available for MS whereas at United States University only one course is available. This course is graded by the shiksha.com for University of TExas whereas for the United States University it is not graded. Its rank is 82 as per the US News which can be considered to be a good ranking.

There are college that offer this specialty. I have a friend pursuing Medical degree in the US. She visited Edwise and has been placed very successfully by them. Do visit them as well.

Hi Mani, well three of them are good. You have to see which is good for you. Check the university admission requirements and see which of them fits you, your grades etc. See the fees and check with your budget. And regarding what you should study, it is absolutely your personal choice. How can someone else tell you what you should study if you are not sure of your choices yourself . Please know what you want and choose what to study.
