According to various sources, University Colleg Dublin acceptance rate is 20%. This means that UCD is highly selective of its applicants when it comes to admissions. Hi Chaitali,
IELTS is basically a British test, if you have applied for an institute in British Commonwealth then go for IELTS else you can take up TOEFL which is also widely accepted. As far as I know, TOEFL is accepted in Ireland.

You do meet the admission requirement for Ireland universities, but Ireland does not accept more than 5 backlogs, if possible, you can make it up in statement of purpose providing the admission body the proper explanation for it.
