Yes, you can get admission to UCMS Delhi, MBBS with 88% in NEET. No, you can't join University College of Medical Sciences without NEET. However, for BSc and MSc courses NEET is not the source of admission. Admission to undergraduate programs at the University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS) in Delhi is based on performance in the NEET, followed by counselling.
