Admissions will also depend a lot on how you explain the University of your Change, ask yourself why you want to study CS. What are your career goals after Masters? It will be difficult to choose between two, they are almost equally good. You can compare the research activities and career support of each. McGill university overall has higher ranking than Alberta.

Chances can't be predicted just by looking at the grades given that University of Alberta is highly competitive and also very high grades do not guarantee admission. Your percentage is alright, chances are moderate. It will also depend on your previous projects, networking skills, recommendation letters etc. Just apply and see.
