University of Auckland Eligibility

Applicants must meet the University of Auckland admission eligibility for their programme to get admission. They must achieve a valid GPA as per the programme for admission. Mentioned below are the University of Auckland requirements for International students:Auckland University UG entry requirements:Indian School Certificate, All India Senior School Certificate, and Grade 12 from Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board, and West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education: All applicants must achieve an overall average of 75% with a minimum of 70% in English.Indian Higher Secondary Examinations (Class 12) from all other Higher Secondary State Boards: All applicants must achieve an overall average of 80% with a minimum of 75% in English.Must submit the proof of English language proficiencyAuckland University PG entry requirements:Admission to a 1-year Master's degree requires a bachelor's honors degree or postgraduate Diploma from a recognised university (or similar) overseas.Admission to an 18-month Master's degree requires a bachelor's degree or postgraduate certificate from a recognised university (or similar) overseas.Admission to two years Master's degree requires a bachelor's degree or an acceptable equivalent qualification from a recognised university (or similar) overseas.Complete a four-year Bachelor's degree at a recognised university with a Grade Point Average of 4.0 or higher (vary as per the program).Must submit the proof of English language proficiencyProvide the proof of previous work experience (if available)

There are two types of Masters degrees:
Research Masters, which include a thesis or research portfolio of at least 90 points
Taught Masters, which are usually comprised of taught courses, but may include a dissertation or research project of less than 90 points. Admission to a 120 point Master's degree
Normally this requires a completed Bachelor honors degree or postgraduate Diploma from New Zealand, or an acceptable equivalent postgraduate qualification from a recognized university (or similar) overseas. Many programmes such as architecture, fine arts, music, urban design or writing, require supplementary evidence of creative ability (e.g, a portfolio or audition).
