If you are applying for admission based on an overseas secondary school qualification you must meet admission, programme and undergraduate English language requirements.

Research Masters, which include a thesis or research portfolio of at least 90 points
Taught Masters, which are usually comprised of taught courses, but may include a dissertation or research project of less than 90 points. Admission to a 120 point Master's degree

It is up to the university if they will give you the admissions. Admission decisions are not taken by the people outside of the university. Instead of asking if you will get admission find out how you can increase admission chances that will serve you better. Your grades are not too high but good to go with. Prepare a nice SOP outlining why you want to do Project Management and what are your plans related to your career. Reference letters from your teachers are also important. Visit the university website for exact details regarding admission information.

Dear Appu,
Yes, it is a good option to study ME in the University of Auckland in NZ, if you are able to secure a seat there. You will like NZ and also be eligible later for post study work visa and PR.
All the best.
