Sometimes, it depends upon the course you want to study, fees and rate of employment before choosinf any university. I always see the overall world ranking (from QS world ranking) and subject ranking from the same website. It will give you some initial insights for choosing any university and also help to set a priority order in which you want to submit the application for.
