Your academic achievements are quite good. Hence you are eligible. But merely being eligible is not enough to secure admission in colleges abroad. There are very many nuances of different varieties. These too play a critical role in securing admission. Hence I would like to advise you that you must approach an agency dealing with sending students abroad for MS.
