You need to apply through OUAC for University of Toronto and Waterloo while UBC has a separate application. Hi Mustafa, its better you email them and ask. Its a university related question and all such matters must be clarified directly from the university. Drop them an email, they will respond. If they are flexible they will allow you to submit the form but it won't be evaluated till you submit your transcripts and TOEFL score. Check if you can submit marksheets for now.
