you can send available mark sheets. you need not wait till you get your final mark sheets. based on the available mark sheet you will get admission with condition to complete and then join. it is called conditional offer. It is better to apply n advance to get this conditional offer and with this offer letter you can apply fir bank loan also.

UBC is one of the top ranking universities in world as well as Canada and the reason for this is the rigorous training one undergoes during their studies. While they do not promise any placements, they prepare you well for the employment and rest depends on your personal attributes and skills.

UBC would be ambi for you as your acads could be a problem. Plus you need min three years of experience for MBA program. Try to target a few lower ranked (compared to UBC) universities as well. Hope this helps.

Hi Romit,
International students must submit the applications through UBC's online application form. Applicants must have completed 12th and must submit SAT scores, TOEFL or IELTS scores, transcripts and letters of references and statement of purpose.
Only applicants with an interim average of 84% or higher are eligible to be considered for admission at UBC.
