No, this is not an option. The applicants applying for admission to the University of Calgary are required to pay a non-refundable application fee within the application deadline ($145 for students showing international credential). Any application received without the fee is not considered for admission. To apply, the general steps to apply include starting the application, completing the application, submitting the applications, and uploading the required documents.
