If you are looking at the acceptance rate alone, then taking admission into UCLA is more difficult. As per U.S. News, UCLA has an acceptance rate of 11%. So, it is more difficult to take admission into UCLA.

To get into UC Irvine MBA, the applicants are required to have an equivalent of a 4-year US bachelor’s degree. The overall GPA required to take admission to the University of California Irvine MBA is 3.0. In case, the overall GPA is below 3.0, the Admissions Committee will consider the undergraduate institution attended and major, and additional degrees and licenses obtained.
