No, Cambridge University doesn't provide a 100% scholarship for applicants. However, the university has waivers on tuition fees which reduces the cost of students drastically. Yes it is very hard, as teh University of Cambridge Trust funding is very competitive so students are high advised  to carefully consider any offers of funding they may receive. An offer of Cambridge Trust funding is not guaranteed.

As of 2023, the QS World University Ranking of Cambridge is number 2, while it is ranked #3 by Time Higher Education (THE). Irrespective of the change in rankings every year, Cambridge always ranks at the top of any university rankings reports. On the Shanghai Rankings, University of Cambridge was ranked at 4th position in 2022. University of Cambridge rankings are a testament to its academic and research excellence.  Yes. Bursaries of up to £500 are available for undergraduate and PhD students. The Santander SME internship programme of Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, helps fund work experience in start-ups or SMEs. Bursary scheme for undergraduates is for full-time permanent University of Cambridge students who are studying at undergraduate level. Bursary scheme for PhD students is available for those who wish to undertake unpaid or low-paid work experience in media, arts & heritage, and not for profit. MPhil and Masters students are not eligible for these bursaries.
