The University of Connecticut acceptance rate is 56%, making it difficult for international students. Because of the high acceptance rate, UConn is moderately selective. For the Fall of 2022, the university has enrolled over 32,000 students in its undergraduate and graduate programme levels. Globally, UConn has over 280,000 notable alumni.

GRE or GMAT scores are not requirements for University of Connecticut graduate admissions. However, some courses may require the GRE, specific GRE Subject Tests, or the GMAT score for admission. GRE and GMAT scores are only valid for five years (from the original test date to submission of the UConn application with the fulfillment of application fee payment).
