If we compare the world ranking of both universities then according to US News & World Report 2023, the University of Florida world ranking is among the top 100 universities in the world and ranks #98. The Florida State University world ranking by US News is #241. The University of Florida is better than FSU in terms of ranking.

If any business schools mention they require work experience for their MBA programmes, it means you will have to get work experience. After your B.Tech, you must get a job and take the GMAT before you qualify for MBA abroad including USA. There are some options and you have to search. If you have an exceptionally good profile, you may be considered by the good universities. Or look for MS in management courses.

Admissions are done also on the basis of SAT and TOEFL scores besides the inter marks. Your extracurriculars will be taken into account as well. Have you taken SAT yet? And which program you want to get admitted to?
