For the academic session 2023-24, admissions to all programs will be done through Common University Entrance Test CUET conducted on all India basis. The application to CUET entrance exam has to be made in online mode only.
You will have to attempt the CUET exam first in order to get admission at Central University of Jammu.

Yes many private colleges give admission without entrnace exams on basis of 10+2 marks or just on basis of first cone first serves Fees is comparatively higher.

You can do an MBA, but not any of the Science programs you mentioned. Science is a very specialised current. A humanities scholar wouldn't be able to do much with it, so this jump is not allowed.
