It can be one of the best. There are no good or bad universities in Germany, all are highly ranked and very competitive.

Hi,
Bachelor's degree programs mostly taught in German. Though there is no specific information on the language of instruction on their website they strictly mention that you must not only give the IELTS but also DSH (for German language proficiency). Check university-ASSIST and also contact Kiel University's admission department for specific information.
