In this percentile, you will not be able to get any government college. So I would suggest to go for private colleges. I will prefer you to go with LPU as first preference and CU as second preference. Placement of these colleges are good. So you can think about them. So BEST OF LUCK!

Definitely, you can apply, but having maths would have been better, you can apply in some private colleges and some government colleges which actually accept such qualifications, but not in all.
