The Institute of Distance Education (IDE) at the University of Madras primarily offers paid courses and programs. These courses have tuition fees, and students are required to pay for their enrollment. However, it's worth noting that universities and educational institutions can update their offerings and policies over time, so it's advisable to check the official website of IDE or reach out to the university directly for the most current information on any free courses or scholarship opportunities that may be available.
