With more than 75 percent students living on campus in the institute, UMass Dartmouth has various non academic opportunities based on hobbies for candidates, there is a dine on campus facility as well . Rooms are available for first year and sophomore students . The campus of the institute resides in one of the best cities i.e. city of Dartmouth Massachusetts. The widely use campus is 710 acres in size which is one of the best campus across the globe . The campus has truly kept all the students hobbies and interest in mind while creating 150 different clubs almost coming up every possibly interest for students like sports, music, arts, drawing, culinary and what not . The campus also has and in house restaurant for students. Yes, UMass Boston is a dry campus. This means that alcohol is not allowed on campus or in the residence halls, regardless of students' age. On top of this, the university is a smoke-free campus. Violation of alcohol rules may result in immediate removal from the building and cancellation of the housing agreement.
