Yes, the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) does offer scholarships to Indian students. Some of them include- Dean's International Scholar Award (DISA): It overs a large amount of the nonresident tuition rate, is worth $4250 for bachelor's degree students and $4000 for master's degree students every semester. If you maintain a 3.0 GPA at UMKC, it is automatically given upon admission and renews each year. UMKC also offers Academic Unit Scholarships,  Study Abroad Scholarships.
