International students must aim for a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5 on a 4-point scale, according to the University of Missouri. Students must submit their high school transcripts, scores from their English language proficiency exam, and standardized tests (test option). International students who have past relevant experience are given precedence over those who merely have good grades. Additionally, extracurricular activity participation adds a positive mark on the student’s resume.
