To be eligible for pursuing BCom at Mumbai University, a candidate must have passed Class 12 with 45% aggregate. Hence a candidate scoring 50% in Class 12 is eligible to apply for BCom at the university. However, the BCom admissions at Mumbai University are subject to clearing a cut-off based on the merit in Class 12. Over the past few years, the cut-off for various specialisations of BCom offered at the university has been over 90%.
