Yes, you can get jobs in MNCs after completing a degree course in B.Com as mentioned below. Job opportunities and scope after B.Com:

Minimum eligibility to apply for B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from University of Mumbai, Fort Campus is a pass mark of 45% in graduation. Since you have only 40% in graduation, you are not eligible to apply for this course. However, there are many other law colleges in India where you can try your luck.
