Yes, you can start your preparation when you are in B.Sc. you can give IIT JAM entrance exam for admission in M.Sc biotechnology. For this exam you can check syllabus of this exam and prepare according to it. After qualifying this exam, you can get admission in top IIT colleges for M.Sc. where you meet brilliant, minded people. You can get good place for your study. If you are not interested in this so you can simply get good marks in B.Sc and after that you can apply in any M.Sc college. There is no exam for admission.

You may give some time to yourself. You can get your health checkup and enroll in any simple course like B.A. You can plan for your next 5 year. How much you and your family can invest in your study for next 5 years. It may be that there is some health issue with you.
