You can do graduation again in B.Com but it will be long journey, instead of it, you can complete you master in commerce, and after that you can do complete your Ph.D.

The academic year 2022-23 has been started though to get admission you have to visit college with M.Com facility and even you have the inquiry through other online services of college's.
