Yes, you can do distance B.Com from Mumbai university from H. R colleges and economics because this college is agreeing to take admission distance for all the courses so you can do distance B.Com from Mumbai university.

Hi,
Both are top universities in India; while Delhi University is central, Mumbai University is a state university. Here is a small comparison between both to help you decide which university is better as per your preferences:
1. Ranking: In the NIRF ranking, Delhi University is ranked much ahead of Mumbai University.
2. Courses: DU has a much wider range of courses than MU. For example, the dental and nursing courses are available at DU, unlike MU.
3. Infrastructure: Since DU has a lesser number of affiliated colleges, its infrastructure is more robust than MU's. DU has some of India's top colleges, like Miranda House and Hindu College.

Bro its great u have got sides in the 1st list. I think you should go for it and your marks are also good not great but ya its good for sides. For me you should go for it. If you really don't want to go then you I think you should try in the next year and get a good percentage and get your desired college.
