For that, you need to check with the university you are willing to do. As some colleges do take admission in 2nd year (after you complete 1st year from another college) whereas some colleges does not. So, contact the admission cell of your targeted university once.

I think Btech in agriculture will have more options and opportunities as compared to the Agriculture if you perform well in agriculture. So, I would suggest you to go with m.Sc. Later on, you can choose any one among them as per your interest
