 Most of the UNH graduates stayed back in the northeast after completing their graduate program. The university alumni were employed all across the world, in 35 states, in a minimum of five countries such as Spain, China, South Korea, The Bahamas, and Germany.

The College of Engineering and Physical Sciences yielded the highest average full-time salary for the graduates, with the average amount being $63,922. This was followed by the Paul College of Business & Economics and the College of Health & Human Services, with the average full-time compensation standing at USD 52,788 and USD 46,510.

 The College of Health & Human Services had most (73%) of the students whose jobs were directly related to the major they studied. This was followed by the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences, with 71% of the students having a job related to their majors. The College of Liberal Arts had the lowest student population whose jobs were related to their major.

The highest full-time employment was obtained by both College of Engineering and Physical Sciences and the Paul College of Business & Economics,  with 95% of the graduates obtaining full-time employment each. This was followed by the College of Health & Human Services,  with a full-time graduate employment rate of 89%. The lowest full-time employment rate was obtained by the College of Liberal Arts.
