The University of Northern British Columbia has implemented an online Housing application and monitoing process. It allows international students to apply for accommodation at UNBC online through the comfort of their home. However, before applying for an accommodation at UNBC, international students must meet the below given conditions. You must be at least 17 years old by the end of your first semester living in UNBC HousingTo be eligible for Housing you must be registered in a minimum of 1 UNBC course for each semester you live in ResidenceAll students under the age of 19 must have a parent or guardian sign the Residence ContractThe Residence Room Deposit (CAD 275/INR 16,794) and the non-refundable Application Fee (CAD 26.50/INR 1,618) is required to complete your applicationOnly complete, paid, and submitted applications will be processedAfter you submit your application the university will send you a Housing Offer. You must log back into the portal and accept your Housing Offer to secure your place in ResidenceAll UNBC buildings are non-smoking (including Vaporizers, E-Cigarettes, and Cannabis)

Below are the requirements for the University of Northern British Columbia MS in CS:Applicants must hold a four-year Baccalaureate degree (or equivalent) from a recognised institution, with a Cumulative GPA equivalent to at least 3.00 (B) at UNBC.Baccalaureate degree awarding institutes must be accredited by India's National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with a grade of A or betterApplicants are suggested to Provide the university with all the transcripts.   LORs: Applicants must submit  LORs that can speak to the applicant's qualifications, skills, and potential for success in the program.Application Fee: Applicants must pay the application fee of CAD 153 after completing the above process.
