Yes, the University of Otago accepts international students. The total number of international students enrolled at this university is 2,200+ for 2023. Out of this, 1,400+ are UG students and 800+ are PG students. The total number of Indian students enrolled in 2023 is 99. In 2022, the number of Indian students was 68. This shows that in 2023 the student enrollment of Indian students increased.

The University of Otago acceptance rate is around 60% - 70%. This means that the university is somewhat selective at the time of admission. So, to take admission to this university, the applicants must aim to have a great academic background. For admission to UG courses, the applicants should have a Class 12 qualification. On the other hand, for admission to master's courses, the applicants must have a bachelor's degree.
