Yes. Rochester plans to keep granting admission to students whose "other" test scores support the overall merit of their application. Rochester will continue to consider test submissions other than the SAT or ACT. Rochester's test-flexible application option can be satisfied by a number of tests for students who decide to apply based on their test scores. University of Rochester does accept Indian students. The University of Rochester is also quite popular amongst Indian students, especially in the College of Engineering.
International applicants are required to submit the same application materials as domestic applicants, but will also need to provide proof of financial support and English language proficiency. All international students are required to submit proof of English language proficiency.
