Freshmen and Transfer students are eligible for merit-based scholarships from the USF Office of Admissions.To be considered for merit-based scholarships from the Office of Admissions, students must submit a complete admissions application by the priority deadline. If the student has completed all four years of high school at a US institution, they will need to fill out the Student Self-Reported Academic Record. If the student completed any year of high school at an institution outside of the U.S., they will need to submit high school transcripts (unofficial international and official domestic).
