In the QS World University Rankings 2024, SDU ranking is #326. In 2023, the university was placed at #347 position. This indicates that the university’s rank has improved by 21 places. The university has managed to score the highest 83.2 in the International Faculty Ratio. A few of the parameters on which the universities are evaluated in the QS rankings are academic reputation, employer reputation, faculty-student ratio, citations per faculty, international student ratio, etc.

SDU International Summer School is basically a two-week intensive summer school. The course level is 5 ECTS Advanced bachelor’s and master’s level. This course will start in August 2024. Study areas at this school are Healthcare Engineering; Civil and Structural Engineering; Chemistry; Engineering Physics; etc.

The University of Southern Denmark offers a number of courses at the master’s level. At the bachelor’s degree level for the Odense campus, there is only one programme available for international students currently i.e. Market and Management Anthropology. Master’s degree programs that are available are MBA, MS, MA, etc. Two of the most popular courses at SDU among international students are MSc in Engineering-Mechatronics and MSc in Biology Marine Sciences.
