If you want to take admission in University of technology you must pass in 10+2 examination and obtain at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination with Science stream (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics).And there are different courses present in this college1.B.Tech2.D.Pharma3.B.Pharma4.BSC5.BCOM 6.BA7.DYN8.BCA9.MCA, etc.

No, you can not take admission in MBA just by 70% marks in the 12th class.You have to pass out Bachelor degree at least of 3 years with minimum 50% (5% less for reserved category) marks then, You can give some enterance exams to take admission in university of technology for MBA:1.
