More than 75% of the students at the university receive scholarships and grants. International applicants can avail of the following scholarships and awards:International Rocket Award: A scholarship of USD 7,500 to USD 8,500 is awarded to undergraduate and postgraduate students based on academic excellence and merit. Students are required to maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 to 3.5 or higher to get the scholarship. Students who will have a GPA of 3.0 to 3.5 will receive a scholarship of USD 7,500 and students with a GPA of more than 3.5 will receive USD 8,500 as a scholarship.Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship: A scholarship of USD 1,000 per year is offered to both undergraduate and postgraduate students who have a cumulative GPA of 3.5. International students are required to give proof of Phi Theta Kappa Membership.Other than that, students can also opt for third-party scholarships. The University of Toledo offers on- and off-campus housing facilities to the students. The acceptance rate of the university is 90%. It means that out of 100 students, 90 students are selected. Despite the high acceptance rate, the university is selective. All the applications are assessed individually and fairly by the university. If students meet the minimum requirements, chances of getting selected are high. Some programs might require interviews and auditions to get admission. Getting accepted is not too tough, especially if you fulfill the requirements.
