The University of Toronto is a public university, therefore the tuition fees for international students and domestic students are different. Also, your tuition fee will depend on the type of course and the level of your study. However, the general, the average cost of an undergraduate course at the University of Toronto for international students is CAD 60,000 per year and for a postgraduate course, the estimated tuition fee is CAD 27,000 per year. The tuition fee may vary depending on the course/program you have chosen.

As an international student, if English is not your first language, then you are required to demonstrate your proficiency in the English language to get into U of T. The University of Toronto accepts all major international English language tests like IELTS and TOEFL. Minimum IELTS score requirement for U of T is 6.5 overall with no band below 6.0. Meanwhile, minimum TOEFL score requirement for U of T is overall 100 with 22 in writing.
